  • Why sell through Tašna?

    We love helping clients streamline their wardrobe so they use and love every piece!

    We offer competitive prices for you to either consign or sell your pre-loved pieces direct to us. We will market each item, address prospective customer queries and arrange the sale and shipping for the agreed consignment fee.

  • Why buy from Tašna?

    Buying designer items online can be a stressful experience! Let us take away that risk and do the hard work for you. We carefully assess and authenticate each item that we make available for sale, using trusted third party authentication services. 

    If an item that you purchase through Tašna is deemed a replica by a recognised third party

    authenticator, we will refund the purchase price paid. 

    Our point of difference is that we donate a percentage of sales to charity. So if you shop though us you are also supporting a charity in need.

  • How do I know that the items are authentic?

    We independently authenticate each item that we make available for sale. Each purchase comes with an authenticity guarantee. If an item that you purchase through Tašna is deemed a replica by a recognised third party authenticator, we will refund the purchase price paid.

  • What are the inclusions with each purchase?

    The inclusions for each item are listed on the sale and product page. We specify if an item comes with a box, dust bag, and authenticity card (if applicable). 

    If the item does not have its original box and/or dust bag it will be delivered to you in a Tašna branded box and/or dust bag.

  • What are my payment options?

  • How do you determine prices?

    For consignment items, our selling price is based on the best offer we consider can be achieved for your item, taking into account the current price of similar items on the market.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    For our Australian customers we offer free shipping via our nominated courier. 

    For international customers, all items will be posted via DHL for a standard shipping fee of $50 AUD.

    All items are insured and traced to delivery.

  • Returns Policy

    Tašna will accept returns and issue a full refund where the item purchased is not as described, provided that the return claim is made within 7 days of the item being received by you. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

    If an item is found not to be authentic by a reputable third party authenticator we will provide a full refund as part of our authenticity guarantee.
