Return/Refund Policy

RETURN / REFUND POLICY


Tašna will accept returns and issue a full refund to the same form of payment used where the item purchased is not as described, provided that the return claim is made within 7 days of the item being received by you and provided that the item is in the condition that it was delivered to you (and with all applicable inclusions).


We do not accept returns for a change of mind.


If an item is found not to be authentic by a reputable third party authenticator we will provide a full refund as part of our authenticity guarantee and cover the cost of shipping.
